Portal tour
The LinkSnap portal at linksnap.com/dashboard is your day-to-day workspace. This section walks through the main pages with screenshots, common tasks, and tips.
If you're looking for a specific feature, jump straight to it from the sidebar on the left. If you're new, read through this overview first.
Layout
The portal has three main regions:
- Sidebar (left) — primary navigation. Sections: Links, QR codes, Tags, Domains, Stats, Settings.
- Top bar — workspace switcher, search, account menu.
- Main content — the page you're on.
The sidebar collapses on mobile and narrow viewports.
Workspace switching
Top-left chip shows the active workspace. Click to:
- Switch to another workspace you're a member of
- Create a new workspace
- View workspace settings
Switching is instant — no page reload. The link and QR lists refetch for the new workspace's data.
Plans at a glance
Every workspace runs on one of three plans:

Manage your plan from Settings → Billing. Billing runs through Plugipay; you'll see Plugipay's hosted checkout for upgrades.

The pages
Three pages have their own walkthroughs in this section:
- Links — creating and managing short links, including bulk operations and import/export.
- QR codes — generating and customizing QR codes.
- Custom domains — connecting your own domain.
The rest of the portal is small enough that the in-product help is usually faster:
- Tags — just a list of tags with their link counts. Click a tag to filter the links list.
- Stats — the workspace-wide telemetry dashboard. Mirrors per-link stats but aggregated.
- Settings → Workspace — rename the workspace, manage members.
- Settings → API keys — mint and revoke API keys.
- Settings → Billing — plan and invoices (Plugipay hosts the actual billing portal).
